When you send a message, request information, sign up for updates, or apply for a job, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, best time to train, what you are interested in, how you heard about us, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages and calls.

To block spam, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address with your form submission.

Memberships and payments. When you join or buy a day pass, you complete that process on our membership provider's website (ABC Fitness). Information you give there is handled under their privacy policy and your membership agreement.

• To answer your questions and follow up about memberships, day passes, personal training, and classes.
